Extensive experience in appraisal and valuation, economic analyses, marketing and design and development of market studies and preparation of expert witness testimony. Participated with Wesley Rickard, Inc. in litigation hearings in the United States Court of Federal Claims, United States Court of Claims, Third District Court of the Third Judicial District, Wyoming, State of Alaska Arbitration Association and Judicial Arbitration Proceedings in King County. Ms. Hagedorn's work substantially contributed to two of the largest Indian Claims Commissions settlements in the history of the United States, at time of settlement.
